Hi Everybody!

I just discovered a *valuable site for keyword research.

I have learnt from mentors that keywords is one of the most important factor in the internet business world.

Reason being our clients uses keywords to look for us =)

To help you understand the concept of it better, imagine you are at www.yahoo.com or www.msn.com or www.google.com

You are at these so called search engines to assist you in getting a solution.

Perhaps a solution to your research project or simply to solve your doubts on setting up an online business.

Whatever the reason, what do you do when you are at the search engine?

You type in what you want to find.

For example you want to look for a product to assist you in getting traffic to your site, you may type in keywords like “driving traffic to my site” or “more traffic”.

Thus, whatever you type, the search engine will scan through the hundreds or thousands or even millions of website to show you what you want.

Now, change your perspective to a business owner, wouldn’t you want to know what your clients are looking for? Specifically the keywords they use to look for what they want?

Simply put, if you know what they use to find what they want, and you use the same or similar keywords, likelihood of them finding you is higher =)

At this juncture, I would like to introduce some free tools you could use to look for viable keywords.

Keywords that you could use to optimise your webpage or simply to use it in your advertisements.

1. To find out the number of people using your keywords to search for what they want, you can use this free tool known as the “keyword selection tool” at www.inventory.overture.com

2. You can have a rough guage on how many service providers, meaning people like you who are using the same keywords to attract clients at www.google.com

*My recent discovery is this site which combines, www.google.com, www.inventory.overture.com, www.amazon.com and google max bid (it is a guage of advertising budget that people are paying for the respective keywords on an online advertising program known as Google Adwords)

Here you go: *http://www.search.rightnow4you.com

I hope that this sharing has been beneficial for you =)

I have simplified the concept of keyword research and this is by no means an exhaustive list of tools that you can use. There are many resources out there.

Keep on learning and remember to apply!

To our keywords success (“,)

Till the next post, stay tuned.
